HOW TO JOIN A LODGE
There are two categories of applications for those desiring to apply to join a lodge under the Jurisdiction of The Sovereign Grand Lodge of Malaysia.
Applicants for all categories must be of the mature age of twenty-one (21) years and be Citizens of Malaysia, OR holders of Permanent Residential permits in the Country.
Any desiring person who may not know any of our members are advised to write in to the Secretariat who will direct and advice you to meet a member freemason of G.L.M. nearest to his home so that he may be able to guide you to the necessary procedures of application.
Once that has been done, an applicant will be required to complete the necessary application form which can only be submitted by a proposer.
APPLICATION FORMS
Form C – For Initiates & Previous Masons only
This form is for those who have never been freemasons before PLUS those who may have resigned from any masonic body earlier in their life and now wish to join a Daughter Lodge under the masonic jurisdiction of The Sovereign Grand Lodge of Malaysia.

This form is for those who are currently member masons under the jurisdiction of other Masonic Constitutions whether in this country or overseas. If an applicant is a non-citizen, the residency condition stipulated earlier will apply.
